Everyone needs to have more fun!

Events are organised throughout the year to help promote harmony and goodwill within the Co-op, and help us all get to know our neighbours.

From pancake breakfasts and Easter egg hunt, to Summer BBQs and Winter Dinners, this is a chance to catch up with old friends, and make some new ones too.

Membership

This well oiled machine of a team is responsible for managing all membership inquiries, and overseeing the application process when vacancies become available in the building. They also are our record keepers, applicant interviewers, and help make sure that everyone has a good understanding of procedures and policies that govern Co-op life.

Maintenance

Our building professionally managed by COHO Management services, who provide Maintenance Co-ordination, administration, and handyman services to our building.

However, we have a talented and enthusiastic core group of members who volunteer their time and energy to help keep our building looking and running at its best.

Policy

Times keep changing, and we need to change with them. A small group of dedicated individuals are working to review and modernize our Antrim Place policies. Stay Tuned!

Health and Safety

Always be prepared! It’s not just for the boy scouts! This small committee is actively looking for new members! We are working on addressing fire safety, emergency preparedness and making our building a safer and more accessible place for all of us, at every stage of life.

Sustainability

This committee is brand new! We are always looking at ways that we can live more harmoniously with one another and our world. This is a “big picture” type committee where we want to work on one big GREEN project per year. We’ve love to have you join us!
